摘要
本试验用健康日本大耳白兔45只,分为葱蜜酒(Ⅰ)、葱酒(Ⅱ)、蜜酒(Ⅲ)及白酒(Ⅳ)四组。酒剂用冷渍法,用药后临床症状Ⅰ及Ⅲ组腹胀明显。心电图Ⅱ导联波形比较恒定、明显。Ⅰ组用药后P波呈明显上升趋势,T波则明显下降。Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组T波和P波的变化不如Ⅰ组明显。病理组织学变化:Ⅰ组心肌炎最明显(有充血、出血、颗粒变性、心肌纤维断裂,炎性浸润等),Ⅱ组个别家兔有明显心肌灸,炎性细胞浸润较轻,Ⅲ组病变轻微,Ⅳ组病变不明显。
Japanes White rabbits(n=45) were divided into 4 groups [spirit of onion-honey(Ⅰ); Spiritof onion(Ⅱ); Spirit of honey(Ⅲ); spirit (Ⅳ)]. Symptom: Addominal distention were observed distincly in the rabbits of Ⅰ and Ⅲ gpoups. ECG, Ⅱ lead: The value of p wave rose and T wave reduced in the rabbits of Group Ⅰ. pathologic histology: myocarditis: hyperemia, hemorrage, cloudy swelling, and fragmentation of myocardium were markedly observed in rabbits of group Ⅰ, the same changes were observed in rabbits of group Ⅱ (a few rabbits) ; the same changes were slight in group Ⅲ.
