摘要
通过对仲景运用半夏的经验与规律进行了总结与研探,发现仲景在半夏的生用、重用、功效、配伍和煎煮等方面都有其独到之处与丰富经验。这些经验与见解,经过后人无论是理论上还是临床实践上,或是实验研究等方面的反复验证都是正确、科学和可行的。这些宝贵经验,为后人辨证论治,遣方用药树立了典范,对当今临床实践具有重要的现实指导意义。
Through studying and summarizing Zhang Zhongjing＇s experience and rules of using Pinellia Tuber,I concluded that he had distinctive and rich experience in using Pinellia Tuber in its raw form, large dosage, effects, compatibility, or decoction. What more, his experience and ideas have been proved correct, scientific and workable theoretically, clinically and empirically by our generation,which not only serves as a very good example for us to follow in syndrome differentation and the choice of proper herbs, but plays a very important role in the clinical practice as well.
