摘要
目的探讨愈风宁心微丸与其片剂的溶出速度。方法采用转篮法测定两者的体外溶出度,以葛根素不同时间溶出度为测定指标。结果愈风宁心微丸的Td为4.8 m in,T50为4.3 m in;而愈风宁心片的Td为61 m in,T50为45 m in。结论二者葛根素溶出具有明显的差异,微丸的溶出速度快于片剂。
Objective To study the difference of dissolution between Yufengningxin Micro - pills and Yufengningxin Tablets. Methods Basket - stirring method was used to determine the dissolution rate by determining the dissolubility of puerarin at different time. Results Yufengningxin Micro - pills：Td is 4.8min and T50 is 4.3 min; Yufengningxin Tablets：Td is 61 min and T50 is 45 min. Conclusion There is significant difference of the dissolution between the two kinds of preparations. Dissolution of Yufengningxin Micro -pills is better than Yufengningxin Tablets.
