步进升温恒温箱温度的高精度分段检测器

摘要 介绍一种能准确跟踪测量高稳定步进升温恒温箱温度的高精度检测器的设计。此检测器采用两种热敏元件分段工作,有效地克服了单种温度传感器难以同时满足线性范围宽和分辨能力强的缺点。在恒温箱步进升温过渡段,其分辨率为0.1℃;在温度稳定段,其分辨率为0.01℃。 A high precision temperature detector which can accurately follow and measure the temperature of a step-by-step temperature-rising thermostat is designed in this paper. This detector uses two kinds of thermal sensors to work seperately in different stages, and overcomes the shortcoming of a single temperature sensor that can not have a large linear range and a high resolution at the same time. In the transition stage of the thermostat's step-by-step temperature-rising, it has a resolution of 0.1 deg. C, and in the stable stage, its resolution is 0.01 deg. C.
