摘要
鲁麦２１号（原代号８８６０５９）在山东省冬小麦良种二年区试中产量均居第一位，被山东省政府列为“三０工程”重点推广品种。该品种育成实践表明：充分了解双亲的遗传背景，选择遗传基础丰富，生态型差别较大，地区适应性与亲缘关系较近，综合性状均好，主要优缺点能够互补的父、母本，是小麦杂交育种获得成功的关键。符合育种目标的选择环境是目标性状得以表达的必要条件。
Winter wheat Lumai 21 (original code 886059) was listed by Shandong Provincial Govenment into mayorspreading varieties owing to its hishest yield in regional trials among superior varieties in succession of twoyears. The breeding practice showed that the key points to succeed in cross-breeding were fully understanting the parents'genetic background and selecting the parents with (i) rich genetic basis, (ii)big difference in ecolosical type,(iii) similar regional adaptation and close blood relationship, (iv)good comprehensive characters, (v)main merit and weakness supplement.In order to express the target characters, selection circumstance according with breeding target was necessary.
