摘要
应用“湖帘”式小梁切除术的方法,对110例(180眼)原发青光眼实施手术治疗.与91例(120眼)原发青光眼行小梁切除术进行对照,湖帘式小梁切除术在眼压控制、前房形成及滤枕形态等方面均优于常规小梁切除术.并对湖帘式小梁切除术的优点和技巧进行了探讨.
About 110 cases (180 eyes) of primary glaucoma were treated with the method of the trabeculectomy of 'lake-screen' type. Comparing with the method of routine trabeculectomy carried on 91 cases (120 eyes) of primary glaucoma patients, the result indicated that the trabeculectomy of lake-screen type was much better than routine trabeculectomy in the aspects of intraocular pressure, anterior chamber and bubble formation etc. Also, discussions were made to the advantages and techniques of the trabeculectomy of lake-screen type.
