摘要
为研究双异丙酚用于人工流产麻醉的效果及其对血流动力学的影响，本文将其与依托米酯进行了对比研究。结果表明，双异丙酚静脉麻醉下人工流产术中血流动力学参数稳定，效果满意．且具有起效快，作用时间短，苏醒快的优点。可以作为一种与依托米酯相媲美的人工流产术的麻醉药物。
In order to study the anesthetic effect of Propofol in artificial abortion and its effect on the hemodynamics,the anesthetic effect of Propofol was studied in comparison with that of Etomidate.The results showed that the hemodynamic parameters in the artificial abortioll is stable under the anesthesia of Propofol,and the anesthetic effect of Propofol is as good as that of Etomidate. Propofol also has the advantage of fast effect.short duration of action.and rapid regain of eonsciousness.It is demonstrated that Propofol could act as a selective anesthetic agent of Etomidate in artificial abortion.
