摘要
本文分析２８例慢性淋巴细胞白血病，提出诊断标准、变异特点及治疗指征。２６例接受联合化疗，完全缓解９例（３５％），部分缓解４例（１５％），病情稳定１３例（５０％）。缓解期＞３０～４６８７天，生存期＞５０～４８３７天。有４例变异，转化为幼稚淋巴细胞白血病３例，Ｒｉｃｈｔｅｒ综合征１例，变异后预后不良。
This study analysed 28 cases of chronic lymphocytic leukemia and proposed the diagnostic criteria,characteristics of metamorphosis and therapeutic indications.Out of 26 cases receiving combination cbemotherapy,9(35%)obtained complete remission,4(15%) partial remission and 13(50%) unchanged.The duration of remission lasted for 30 days to 4687 days,and the survival for 50 days to 4 837 days.4 developed metamorphosis,with transformation into prolymphocytic leukemia in 3 and Richter's syndrome in one.In case of transformation,the prognosis was poor.
