骨肉瘤细胞核DNA含量分析的临床意义

摘要 本文对34例原发性普通型骨肉瘤进行流式细胞分析。结果表明,骨肉瘤异倍体发生率为97.6%,S、G2M期细胞数目增加,并出现DNA双干系细胞群,客观地反映了肿瘤的生物学行为。本组骨肉瘤各组织学类型间DI均值差异不明显。DI值随组织学分级的提高依次递增,但未显示出统计学意义。对骨肉瘤细胞进行DNA倍体分析,能客观地反映肿瘤的生物学行为,为临床治疗及判断预后提供重要生物学信息。 Cellular DNA content of paraffin-embedded tumor material from 34 cases with primary osteosarcoma was measured by flow cytometry.The result showed that the rate of occurrence of DNA aneuploidy was 97.6%;the cell number in S anal GM stage was increased,and the mass of biclonal DNA cells appeared.It objectively reflected the biological behavior of osteosarcoma.The mean value of DI showed no significant difference among different kinds of osteosarcomas, and was increased with the elevation of histological classification.However,there was no statistical significance.This study provides a biological information for clinical treatment and estimating prognosis of osteosarcoma.
