摘要
分析了我国公路水路交通的现状,展望了我国到2020年公路水路交通发展的前景,指出要实现交通新的跨越式发展,解决发展中存在的诸多矛盾,必须依靠科技,继续实施“科教兴交”的发展战略,强调“交通服务于社会,科技服务于交通”的科技发展观。
In order to realize the new spanning development of traffic and solve conflicts existing in developing,we should depend on science and technology,at the same the continuously implement the de- velopment strategem “thrive traffic through science, technology and education. ”Technological viewpoint “traffic serves society,science and technology serve traffic” should be emphasized.
