摘要
我国多数企业已经跨过了初创期,正在向扩张期迈进。对于我国处于成长期的企业来说,由于未来环境的复杂性,财务战略管理变得尤为重要,企业从成长期走向成熟期,必须借助于财务战略管理的思想和方法,以实现企业的发展目标。
Most enterprises in China have already got through the seed stage and been entering an expansion stage. For enterprises on this stage,the future complicated environment makes financial strategic management crucial. Enterprises from grown-up stage to mature stage, must ask for help from the ideology of financial strategic management to realize the goal of enterprises.
