摘要
应用灰色关联度分析法,对1994年度浙江省早籼育成品种的米质进行了综合评估.分析表明,综合评估的结果与米质的实际状况相符;浙江省早籼米质改良的重点在提高整精米率.减少垩白,增加米饭的柔软性.
The grain quality of the early indica rices bred in 1994 in Zhejiang province in China was eval- uated by the method of gray relational grade analysis.It has been found that the evaluation on rice quali- ty by the method was matched very well with that of actual rice quality.The emphasis of grain quality im- provement for early indica rice in Zhejiang should be put on increase of head rice recovery,reduction of chalkiness,and more softness of cooking rice.
