摘要
材料定额计算是CAPP系统的重要组成部分。针对目前企业材料定额的工作量大,重复性强,错误率高等问题,分析了材料定额系统与企业管理信息系统各模块之间的信息流程关系,介绍了基于B/S模式的材料定额管理系统的功能及三层分布式体系结构,重点阐述了材料定额的制订方法、Web环境下材料定额明细报表及汇总报表的实现等关键技术。
It is an important component of CAPP that the material quota is calculated. As for such questions as the large workload of the material quota and the strong repetitiveness amt the high wrong rate in enterprises at present, information flow relations among the modules between material quota management information system and the management information system are analyzed, the function the management information system of the material quota and distributed system of three layers structure based on B/S mode are introduced, such key technology as the method of material quota formulation and the realization of the detail report form and the collection report form of the material quota in web environment are recommended especially etc.
