摘要
目的探讨肺叶加支气管袖状切除和气管隆凸切除重建术对治疗中央型肺癌的优越性。方法总结并分析我院自1995年至2004年21例接受该类手术的肺癌患者的临床资料。结果21例患者均取得手术成功,5例发生肺不张,其中3例发生肺部感染。结论肺叶加支气管袖状切除和气管隆凸切除重建术治疗中央型肺癌,不仅能最大限度地保留肺组织和肺功能,而且能较彻底消除病变。
Objective To review the advantages of bronchial sleeve resecation and carinal resection and reconstruction in the treatment of central lung cancer. Methods We summarized 21 cases of central lung cancer treated with this method in our hospital from 1995 to 2004 and discussed the surgical effect. Results The incidence of complications was 23.8 % （5/21 ）. Five cases occurred atelectasis complicated, in which three cases had pulmonary infection. Conclusions The results suggest that bronchial sleeve resection,earinal resection and reconstruction in the treatment of patients with central lung cancer can nor only macimize preservation of functional pulmonary parenchyma, but also resect the tumor thoroughly. This method may be spreaded for its lowermortality and less complic.
