SAN保养液和灭活补体对血型血清学试验的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的比较SAN液和传统的血清56℃加热(灭活补体)法,对血型血清学试验的影响。方法观察NS、SAN液悬浮的红细胞和血清加热法,在延长孵育试验中的溶血情况。结果402份血清标本中,有溶血反应的,试管和微量板法为56份、100份;血清加热后,出现溶血的试管和微量板法为6份、12份;而SAN液中均未出现溶血反应。结论SAN液可消除凝集试验中补体的干扰。 Objective To compare the influence of SAN preservative solution and traditional serum 56℃heating on the blood group serology assay. Methods The haemolysis result of delayed hatch time test was observed in NS or SAN solution suspended red blood cell and sermn 56℃ heating. Results In 402 serum specimens,appear the hemolysis response, test tube methods and micro-plate method were 56 and 100. After sera heat, test tube methods and micro-plate method that appeared the hemolysis were 6 and 12. Bun SAN solution in all did not appear the hemolysis reaction. Conclusion The SAN preservation sulution which author research to manufacture,can eliminate the interference of the complement while the blood group serology assay.
