摘要
本研究采用小鼠神经母细胞瘤细胞(NBA2)无血清培养建立神经细胞实验研究模型。以氨基酸自动分析术观察神经降压素(NT)对实验性神经细胞内氨基酸类神经递质的影响。结果发现:NT可使细胞内天门冬氨酸(Asp)和谷氨酸(Glu)这两种兴奋性氨基酸含量显著降低(P<0.01),而对抑制性氨基酸中的甘氨酸(Gly)和γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的影响不大(P<0.05)。结果提示:NT使兴奋性氨基酸Asp和Glu含量降低的作用可能是其延缓实验性神经细胞老化的机制之一。
erum-free culture of mouse neuroblastoma A2(NBA2)cells was used in the experimen-tal study of neurons. High speed amino acid analyzer was used to observe the effects of neu-rotensin(NT)and on amino acid neurotransmitters contents in experimental neurons. After addition of NT separately into the culture medium,the following results were ob-tained:NT caused a decrease in the levels of aspartic(Asp)and glutamic(Glu)acids(p<0. 01),with no significant influence on GABA and glycin. The results suggested that theseneuropeptides may play an important role in the modulation of Asp and Glu levels in cellsduring experimental aging.
