摘要
利用CCD测定黑白跳变边缘的边缘响应,对CCD获取的离散信号作一阶差分后再进行Gauss曲线拟合,得到了光学系统的点扩散函数.该方法具有测量装置结构简单,易应用到数字图像处理系统中的特点.
We measured the edge response function with used CCD, and carried on the Gauss curve fitting after the first order difference, thus obtained the point spread function of optical system. This method is easy to transplant to the digital image processing system with a simple device.
