摘要
目的测定具有正常月经周期妇女子宫切除术后血清卵泡刺激素（ＦＳＨ），黄体生成素（ＬＨ），雌激素（Ｅ２）值，评价手术对近期卵巢切能的影响。方法选择４０例具有正常月经周期的子宫肌瘤患者，用放射免疫法测定其术前及术后２周时ＦＳＨ、ＬＨ，Ｅ２水平。结果８５％患者术后Ｅ２值低于术前，其中１０人处于绝经期水平，在卵泡期手术者Ｅ２高于在黄体期手术者并伴有较明显的ＦＳＨ升高。术后低Ｅ２状态发生率随年龄递增，但未发现与保留单或双侧卵巢、手术时的月经周期及年龄有肯定关系。结论即使保留双侧附件，全子宫切除仍可能对患者近期卵巢功能有影响，黄体期切除子宫可能对下周期卵泡发育有更明显的抑制作用。
Objective To assess the easly effect of hysterectomy on the endocirne function of ovary by detecting FSH,LH,and E2 level in the serum.Methods Hysterectomies were performed on forty women with myoma of the uterus and normal menstrual cycle and the FSH,LH,and E2 in the serum of them were examined by RIA at the day before and two weeks after operation.Results After operation a declined E2 level was found in 85% of 40 women studied,and in 10 cases reached a perimenopausal level.Some factors like age,preservation either one or two ovaries and the menstrual phase on which the operation was pecformed were analysed,and no statistical significance were showed,but serum E2 level somewhat elevated when operation was performed during the follicular phase contrasted with that during luteum phase, Concluslon The ovariy function could be affected by hysterectomy and the inhibition on follicular growth of the next cycle may be more conspicuous if operation was performed during luteum phase.
