摘要
目的探讨Ｐ－糖蛋白在胃癌中的表达意义。方法应用Ｓ－Ｐ免疫组化方法研究８１例原发性胃癌Ｐ－糖蛋白的表达变化的关系，结果发现Ｐ－糖蛋白阳性染色率为２８．４％，Ｐ－糖蛋白的阳性染色与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及胃癌细胞增殖活性无关，而与胃癌的ＣＥＡ表型显著相关（Ｐｅａｒｓｏｎ列联系数＝０．３５，Ｐ＜０．０５）。癌旁正常胃粘膜胃腺底部Ｐ－糖蛋白阳性染色率为７．４％。结论化疗前的胃癌患者自发性地存在Ｐ－糖蛋白过表达，可能是部分患者在治疗初始阶段即对化疗缺乏敏感性的一种标志。
Objective To study the expression of P-glycoprotein in the gastric adenocarcinoma.Methods By using SP immunohistochemical methods, the significance of the expression of P-glycoprotein was investigated in 81 primary gastric carcinomas.Results Overexpression of P-glycoprotein in gastric carcinoma was 28.4%. No association of the expression of P-glycoprotein with the differenciated degree and depth of invasion and the proliferative activities was found,but there was significant correlation to CEA in gastic carcinoma(Pearson continuency coefficient P=0. 35, P<0.05).P-glycoprotein in the base of gastric glands in benign mucosa was 7.4%. Conclusion P-glycoprotein was present in gastric carcinomas before exposure to chemotherapy and may be an indicator of lack of sensitivity to chemotherapy.
