摘要
反对政治腐败是我国社会主义政治文明建设进程中的一项长期而艰巨的任务。在我国建立社会主义市场经济体制的条件下,党在全面分析我国历史和现实道德状况的基础上,提出了适应时代要求的“以德治国”的重要思想,强化了社会道德的价值导向作用。健全和完善社会主义道德体系,加强公职人员的思想道德建设,增强对道德的维系和支撑力量,摆脱重刑主义误区的影响,积极探索政治腐败的道德防范机制,是预防和抵制政治腐败的根本途径和有效举措。
Preventing political corruption is a long-term, difficult task in the process on constructing China＇s socialist political ethnics. Under the circumstances of building the socialist market economy system in China, the Communist Party, having analyzed the Chinese history and the current moral situations, proposes the important thought of “ruling upon morality”, which conforms to the requirements of the time and strengthens the orientation of social values. Improving the socialist ethnic system, strengthening the education of the government personnel in the ethnics, enhancing the ethnical maintenance and support, abandoning the traditional idea ot posing severe punishment, and seeking a mechanism of preventing political corruption--all these are the fundamental means and effective measures for preventing and cracking down on political corruption.
