摘要
要保持社会协调发展就必须保持良好的社会秩序.这里在综述改革开放前我国社会控制体系特征和存在问题的基础上,进一步就改革开放以来的社会控制体系的改善和残存缺陷进行了分析,并针对这些问题提出了要通过制度建设、组织建设来建立和完善制度控制体系和组织控制功能,进而充分发挥宗教、习俗文化的控制手段作用,建立和健全与现代社会控制体系,推动社会主义价值体系的重构和现代国民精神的塑造.
A harmonious development of the society depends on a good social order. The author clarifies the characteristics and problems of domestic social control system before we reform and open up towards the outside world, measures taken to improve it after that and flaws since then. In respect to these problems, the author holds that we should establish and improve the system by systemic and organizational construetion, give full play to the controlling function of religion and conventional culture, promote the reconstruction of the socialist value system and form a modern national spirit.
