introducing the basic components and contents of "]'he General Agreement of Service Trade, theauthor attempts to clarify its provisions with an eye kept to the actual situation of domestic financial service and telecommunications. He calls for attention to the urgency of improving domestic operating and managing modes in these two fields, upgrading the quality of service and strengthening our overall national competence on the basis of our own governmental promises. By doing so, we can familiarize pertinent rules,seize opportunities, make reforms, take active measures and promote development.
