摘要 目的研究荔枝核皂甙提取物对小鼠糖异生作用和血脂代谢的影响。方法取雄性昆明种小鼠20只,随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组每天以荔枝核皂甙提取物灌胃,对照组每天以生理盐水灌胃,连续灌胃3 w后,测定小鼠血糖、甘油三脂、胆固醇、肝糖元等生化指标。结果实验组糖异生具有明显的抑制作用,抑制率为13.19%;肝糖元含量明显升高,血清甘油三脂、胆固醇的水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论荔枝核皂甙提取物对正常小鼠有调节血糖和血脂的作用。 Objective: To study the effect of saponin of litchi seed on gluconeogenesis and blood lipid metabolism in mice, Methods: 20 male mice were divided into the control group and the experiment group randomly. The mice of the experiment group were given saponin of litchi seed everyday and the mice of the control group were replaced of physiological saline by perfusion of stomach, After three weeks, the level of serum glucose, serum triglyceride, serum cholsterol and the liver glycogen were determined, Resuits: The gluconeogensis could be inhibited by saponin of litchi seed obviously with a rate of 13. 19 %, The amount of liver glycogen increased, and the content of serum cholsterol and the level of serum triglyceride reduced in the experiment group( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The results suggested that saponin of litchi seed decrease serum glucose and regulate blood lipid.
