Design of Intelligent Monitor and Control System for a Running Train

摘要 阐述了以单片机为核心,RS-485总线构成的数据采集系统,对列车行车时的气缸压力、车轴温度进行实时监控。同时对列车刹车压力检测电路、车轴温度检测电路、A/D转换电路、单片机接口电路、RS-485串行数据通信电路及系统软件作了较详细的论述。为列车安全行车提供了一套全新的智能测控系统设计方案。 A data-collection system based on microcomputer and RS-485 bus is described,it is used to conduct a real-time monitor and detection for the pressure of air cylinder and the temperature of axle for a running train.At the same time,the circuits for the train brake pressure detection,its axle temperature detection,A/D transformation,single chip computer interface and the communication of RS-485 serial data and software of the system are denoted in detail,by which a completely new scheme is provided for designing the intelligent detection for the safety of a running train.
