摘要
本文对白银市王岘水泥厂300t/d 五级旋风预热器窑的操作实践进行了总结分析,论证了使用三通道喷煤管的特点及注意事项;综合分析了影响预热器正常运行的主要因素;介绍了预热器窑“薄料快转”操作的重要性.
The expriences gained from the operation of 300t/d 5-stage preheater kiln in Baiyin Wangnian Cement Plant are summarized and presented in this article. The features of the three channel coal burner and the precau-tions in operating the burner are elucidated here. The main factors in affecting the normal operation are analyzed. The author also maintains that it is important to run the kiln'at fast speed with thin meal bed'.
