摘要 本文针对某工厂产品销量、设备结构等具体情况.对生产计划成功地进行了优化设计,得到能普遍应用的方法。运用Mathematic软件包求解动态规划问题,以得最优解;同时将大系统问题分解,用局部的优化处理逐步逼近整体最优;最后为设备结构提出合理化建议。该方法适合于产品种类较多但工序不复杂的生产计划安排,其思想对解决其它实际规划问题也有参考价值。 This paper presents an optimization method for making product plan of a factory. We use package Mathematic to solve dynamic programming problem in order to get optimal solution. Meanwhile we divide the large system then draw near the solution of whole range by part optimization .The method is covient for making plan involving more kinds of products and simple processes, or similer fidds.
