摘要
利用合理的边界条件,通过解拉氏方程.导出了一个普适的霍耳电压公式.利用这个公式,不仅可以解释常规霍耳效应中电极对霍耳电压的强短路作用,而且还可以解释量子霍耳效应中电极对霍耳电压的零短路作用.
A universal Hall-effect formular is developed through solving the Laplace's equation by using resonable boundary conditions. The formular can not only be applied to the ordinary Hall effect(OHE) to explain the strong shorting of the Hall voltage by the electrodes,but also to the quantum Hall effect(QHE) to explain the zero shorting of the Hall voltage by the electrodes.
