摘要
新生女婴卵巢中已存在大量原始卵泡、初级卵泡,还有一定数量的生长卵泡。生长卵泡中含大小不一的卵泡腔,明显的卵丘和颗粒层,卵泡膜。子宫已具成人雏形,上皮呈柱状,子宫腺细胞部分显空泡状,提示这些变化与激素水平有关。
This report describes 8 newborn infants ovary, oviduct and uterus. Serial sections of the ovaries were studied, and the cortexes were found of rich cellular connective tissue stroma, in which were embedded the ovarian follicle, most of which were of the primordial or primary type, and a few follicle were associated with small and middle size antrum. The follicular cell proliferation by mitotic division and expansion of the antrum were observed and the oocyte, was found to be pressed to one side of the follicle, where it was surrounded by many follicular cells forming the cumulus oophoius. Thus giving rise to a stratified epithelium layer of granulosa.
The wall of the oviduct consist of a mucosa, a muscularis layer and serosa. Muscularis consists of an inner thick circular and the out longitudinal layer which is thin or absent.
The muscular layer of uterine coipus is thick. The endometrium is composed of a single layer of columnar cells and the endometrial gland is of columnar cells, a few of which are of vesicular cells.
