摘要
本文通过对原实验的改进，在未增加海带用量的情况下，使实验结果的准确性和实验效果得到了明显的提高。
In the improved experiment, though the laminaria japonica weight is not increased, the accuracy of result and the effect of the experiment are raised apparently.
