摘要
采用热模拟技术研究09CuPTiRe钢的焊接HAZ粗晶区的韧性,表明手工电弧焊单层焊时,随着t8/5的增加,焊接HAZ粗晶区的冲击韧性AKV呈“山”形的曲线变化,当t8/5≈20~30s时可达最高值.高于或低于20~30s时,AKV均降低.多层焊可以显著改善09CuPTiRe钢焊接HAZ粗晶区的韧性。
In this paper, the impact toughness of coarse grained zone in HAZ of 09CuPTiRe steel is investigated by means of thermal simulation technique. The results indicate that the data of impact toughness exhibit a wave curve with the shielded metal are welding (SMAW), and have a peak value at t 8/5 ≈20~30s. More or less than 20~30s, the value of the impact toughness will decrease. Muti layer welding can improve the impact toughness of the coarse grained zone obviously, and its value of the impact toughness is three times higher than that in single layer welding.
