摘要
构建我国市民社会是在国际背景和国内现实的双重作用下所做出的一种顺应历史潮流的选择,根据我国历史的背景和当下的现实,实现这一目标的模式选择是:基础层面要培育发达成熟的社会主义市场经济;社会宏观层面要实现市民社会与国家的“共生共强”;微观层面则要推进和优化社区建设,使市民社会得以切实实现。
To build a citizen society in our country is a choice that goes with the tide of historical development. This choice is made on the basis of the interaction of the international background and the domestic reality. According to the historic background of our country and the present reality, we should take the following steps to realize this goal： on the basic level, we should develop the mature socialist market economy; on the macro social level, we should separate the citizen society from the state and enable them to co-exist and grow together; on the micro social level, we should promote and optimize the building of communities, so as to actually build up the citizen society.
