摘要
本文分析了具有推挽输出结构的三值ＴＴＬ的输出级电路，提出了相应的开关模型，借助开关一信号理论，讨论了具有推挽输出结构的三值ＴＴＬ电路的元件级逻辑设计。
In this paper, the ternary TTL output circuit with push-pull output construction has been analysed, and its switch model is presented. By means of the theory of switch-signal. the logic design of the ternary TTL circuits with push-pull construction at element level is discussed.
