摘要
本文用高斯光束近似法分析了半导体激光器与单模光纤的耦合,推导出在横向与角度偏差同时存在下的高斯模耦合效率公式.与原效率公式相比,该公式更具有普遍意义.
Coupling between laser diode and single mode optical fiber has been studied by using Gaussian beam approximation. a general formular for caculating coupling efficiency of two Gaussian mode is derived under the condition of coexistence of lateral and angular misalignments. In a few special cases this formula is coincident with the previous formulae.
