摘要
采自不同地区10个土样先经盆栽黑麦草耗竭并去除根系过2mm筛作供试土样。再向土样中以摩尔比2.8:1同时加入K ̄+时,土壤的铵固定量比单加处理略有增加,新固定铵、钾摩尔比在6~10之间。降低同时加入的:K ̄+摩尔比至1:1.4,新固定铵、钾摩尔比在1.3~2.0之间。先加钾100mg/kg培养48h后,再加100mg/kg续培养2h,新固定铵、钾摩尔比在1~2.3之间。表明在本试验条件下,土壤有优先固定铵而少固定K ̄+的现象,无论K ̄+,同时加入还是K ̄+先加入者均如此。
Ryegrass was cultivated on ten soils collected from different parts of China to deplete nutrients.After the rcots re-moval,the soils were used in a series of experiments to study fixation of and K ̄+ by solls.When K ̄+was added concurrentlywith or prior to,the soils were found to fix more moles of than those of K ̄+,irrespective of the mole ratios of to K ̄+ that were added.
