在磷酸铝系列分子筛(AlPO_4-n)基础上,将12种金属元素引入AlPO_4的骨架后,发现了新一代微孔结晶分子筛氧化物——MeAPO和MeAPSO,金属元素包括Li,Be,Mg,Zn,Mn,Fe,Co,Ga,Ge,Ti,V和Mo,骨架金属以1价到6价的阳离子形式存在.这些新物质有24种以上的结构和200种以上的化学组成,包括6种骨架阳离子结合的多元骨架.微孔大小0.3nm~0.8mm.这些新分子筛是由向磷酸铝胶体中添加金属元素和有机模板剂的水热晶化法合成的.
New generations of crystalline microporous molecular sieve oxides——MeAPO and MeAPSO have been discovered, based on the novel aluminophosphate family by incorporating one or more of an additional twelve metal-elements into the AlPO_4 framework. Elements incorporated include Li, Be, Mg, Zn,Mn, Fe, Co, Ga, Ge, Ti, V, and Mo, spanning from monovalent to sixvalent framework cationic species. The new materials comprise more than two dozen structures and two hundred compositions, including multi-element frameworks containing combination of up to six framework cations. Pore sizes range from 0.3~0.8nm encompassing small, intermedite and large pore structures. The new molecular sieves are synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization of reactive aluminophosphate gels containing the additional framework elements and organic template. This landmark discovery shows a remarkably diversity in csystal structure and crystal chemistry, and offers a nearly unlimited number of design parameters to tailor adsorptive and catalytic properties. The AlPO_4-based molecular sieves are a landmark discovery in new generations of molecular sieves.
