摘要阐述了政务流程的基本概念和分类,为了判断现有政务流程存在的问题和有待改进的地方,指出可以从三个方面对政务流程进行分析和诊断,在此基础上,借鉴BPR的理论和方法并结合具体实例,提出了电子政务环境下政务流程整合的策略。这不仅能提高政府工作的效率和质量,也有利于将电子政务建设引向深入。 This paper explains concepts and classifications of government processes. The government process is analyzed and diagnosed from three aspects to find problems existing in it. Based on BPR and combined with some examples, the paper puts forward tactics for the integration of government processes under e-government entertainment. The tactics will not only improve the efficiency of the government, but also benefit the development of e-government.
