摘要
以工业以太网为基础,介绍了系统的硬件组成,设计了与生产控制计算机之间的数据通信接口。通过对带钢各质量数据的时间对准,建立了精轧出口后的质量数据沿带钢长度方向上的位置跟踪算法,探讨了带钢长度误差的修正措施。
Based on industry's Ethernet,the paper introduced the systematic hardware composition and designed the data communication interface between the system and the production control computer. Through time aligning to the quality datum of strip steel,established the tracking algorithm between the quality data of strip steel and the lengthways position. Finally,the paper discussed the measure for correcting the length error,
