摘要
本文以KNO3,Ni(NO3)2,TiO2为原料,通过固相反应,制备出高结晶度K-Ni-Ti层状金属氧化物(简称“LMO”),并详细考察了制备条件,筛选出最佳合成条件。经XRD,SEM,TG-DTA及BET表征,初步探讨了K-Ni-TiLMO的基本性能,说明该LMO具有较高的热稳定性。同时,HAC,NH4Cl,正己铵的引入,使LMO的网面间距由0.78um分别增加到0.86nm,0.88nm和2.33nm.
K-Ni-Ti layered metal oxide (K-Ni-TiLMO) with high crystallinity is successfully prepared through a solid-state reaction of the mixture of KNO3,Ni (NO3)2 and TiO2. Moreover, the optimum preparation conditions is. obtained by investigating the effects of the reactant rations, reaction temperature and time on crystallinity of products in details. The products are also characterized by XRD.SEM, TG-DTA and BET techniques. It is shown that K-Ni-Ti LMO possesses high thermal stability. Introduction of acetic acid, ammonium chloride and hexylamine by ion exchange increases its interlayer distances (d values) from 0.78 nm to 0.86 nm, 0.88 nmand 2.33 nm, respectively.
