摘要
本文在AAA骨植入羊肱骨缺损的实验基础上,对各种移植周期(植入时间为3,6,9,12个月)的植骨和对照侧正常骨进行了生物力学性能测试和组织结构观察。结果显示,随着移植时间的增长,AAA骨片逐渐被受体吸收,新生的骨组织包绕穿插植骨区,钙盐沉积,同时植骨区的生物力学性能也逐渐增加。移植12个月时,植骨区极限强度σu达到正常骨的50%.
The biomechanical properties and tissue structures of AAA bone normal bone in sheep are experimented in three, six, nine and twelve months after the operation of bone allograft. In the wake of implanted time, AAA bones 'were abstracted by acceptance and newborn bone tissue are wrapped up and inserted by reproducing. Meanwhile, the biomechanical properties in implanted bone zone increase. By twelve months, the values of ultimate strenth (σu) in implanted bone zone reach 50% the values for normal bone.
