摘要
为了提高棉苗抗寒力以抵抗晚霜危害,用给棉苗喷施化学药品的方法在光、暗条件下研完了过氧化物酶同工酶E-酶的变化和棉苗抗寒力的关系。发现棉苗在5℃黑暗下:脱落酸组E-酶活性低,伤害重;添加胆固醇后,E-酶活性提高,伤害减轻.棉苗在27℃下:脱落酸加光各组,E-酶活性高于相应的具有胆固醇的各组,伤害加重。添加胆固醇后,E-酶活性相对降低,伤害减轻;在脱落酸加光各组和胆固醇加脱落酸加光各组,随着光强度降低,叶绿素a/b比值均降低,但E-酶活性在前者降低,棉苗伤害加重,在后者升高,棉苗伤害减轻。光强度的变化在二者中起着相反的调节作用。500lx加脱落酸加胆固醇处理的棉苗健壮无伤害。
In order to increase the ability of cotton seedlings to resist frost, the aqueous solution of chemicals is sprayed upon cotton seedlings, and the relationship between the changes of isoperoxidase and the cold hardiness of cotton seedlings in light and dark condition is studied. The peroxidase activity is increased and the activity of E-band is increased by addition of cholesterol at 5℃ in dark. When light intensity changes from high to low in various groups of light plus ABA, the activity of E-band, chlorophyll a/b ratio, peroxidase activity and hardiness of cotton seedlings are decreased. Chlorophyll a/b ratio is gradully decreased in various groups of light plus ABA and light plus ABA plus cholesterol. After the addition of cholesterol, the result is the contrary. The higher the activity of isoperoxidase and E-band, the stronger the cold hardiness of cotton seedlings. 500 Lx plus 10^(-4) M Cholesterol plus 10μM ABA is applied without any damage on the cotton seedlings. Light played a contradictory regulative role in this process.
