摘要
网络高等教育的出现,造就了教育模式、体系及制度等方面的突破。在国外,网络高等教育的发展得益于技术、政策和经济投入等方面的合力推动,形成了各有特色的教育模式。国外网络高等教育模式主要有3种:新型远程教育模式、传统校园补充模式及完全网络大学模式,它们勾画出了国外网络高等教育发展的别致景象。
The appearance of Internet Higher Education has caused a breakthrough in the education system and the education model. In foreign countries, the development of Internet Higher Education benefits from the joint force of science and technology, politics and economy, and has formed various models. There are mainly three models. They are new-type long-distance education model, traditional campus-complement model and complete internet university model.
