摘要
目的探讨微柱凝胶血型鉴定法在临床输血中的应用价值。方法对微柱凝胶卡式血型鉴定法与盐水法、凝聚胺法在检测A抗原,B抗原,D抗原中的凝集强度进行对比分析。结果微柱凝胶卡式血型鉴定法(凝集强度4+)比凝聚胺法高20%,比盐水法高30%,且无(2+,1+)凝集现象发生。结论微柱凝胶卡式血型鉴定法操作简便,结果判定清晰准确,具有很大的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the applied value of the microcolumn gel cassette assay in the clinical blood transfusion. Methods Antigen A, B and D were detected by using the microcolumn gel cassette assay, brine method and polybrene method respectively and the intensity of agglutination in these methods were compared and assayed. Results The intensity of agglutination by using the microcolumn gel cassette assay (4 +) was 20% higher than that of brine method and 30% higher than that of polybrene method. Moreover, the intensity of agglutination of 2 + and 1 + didn't occur in the microcolumn gel cassette assay. Conclusions The microcolumn gel cassette assay has important value in the clinical application because of its simple operation, clear and accurate judge of the result.
