摘要
目的为了解哮喘儿童家长对健康教育内容及形式的需求，从而能更有效的开展相关的健康教育工作。方法于2004年1月-2004年12月采用自行设计的问卷对128名哮喘家长进行调查。结果哮喘儿童家长现有的相关知识较为贫乏，但他们对哮喘的发病原因、发病诱因及疾病对孩子各方面的影响等诸多问题十分关注。结论医师与家长一对一的交流、咨询是最好的健康教育方式，其次是举办专题讲座。对哮喘儿童家长的健康教育十分重要，其内容和形式应建立在患儿家长需求的基础上。
Objective To observe the contents and methods of health education for the parents of children with asthma and improve the efficiency of the health education. Methods 128 parents of children with asthma were surveyed by questionnaire during 2004 . 1 - 2004.10, Results The parents of children with asthma were poor in the knowledge about asthma, They were concerned about the mechanism, inducement and influence to children of asthma. Conclusions The best method of health education is communicating or consulting by one physician to one parent. The next is special reports on asthma, The health education for the parents of children with asthma is very important, The contents and forms of health education should base on the parents＇ needs.
