摘要
目的探讨泪囊鼻腔吻合术后出现吻合口阻塞的有效疗法。方法在鼻内窥镜下使用双极射频低温等离子消融治疗泪囊鼻腔吻合术后出现的吻合口阻塞23例。结果治愈22例(95.7%),好转1例(4.3%),总有效率为100%。结论鼻内窥镜下双极射频低温等离子消融治疗泪囊鼻腔吻合术后吻合口阻塞,具有视野清析、定位准确、操作简单、安全有效等优点,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the effective treatment for anastomosis obstruction in the patients with dacryocystorhinostomy. Methods 23 patients with anastomosis obstruction after dacryocystorhinostorny were treated by intranasal bipolar radiofrequeney ablation. Results 22 patients were cured （ 95.7 % ）, 1 patient improved （4.3 % ）, the total effective rate was 100 %. Conclusions Intranasal bipolar radiofrequency ablation is feasibility, validity and security of the treatment of anastomosis obstruction. It is worth be popularized.
