摘要
目的探讨闭合性肾损伤的诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析52例闭合性肾损伤的临床资料。结果52例中肾挫伤39例,挫裂伤10例,碎裂伤2例,肾蒂伤1例。患者均有伤后血尿及患侧腰痛。非手术治疗40例,手术12例;死亡1例。结论B超和MRI检查诊断肾损伤迅速而准确,并为选择治疗方法提供重要依据。
Objective To investgate the diagnoses and therapies for closed injury of kidney. Methods The clinical data of 52 cases with closed injury of kidney was analysed retrospectively. Results In 52 cases, there were 39 cases with contusion of kidney, 10 cases with kidney contusion, 2 eases with kidney laceration and one case with laceration of renal pedicle. All patients had hematuria and injury lateral lumbar pain. 40 cases were treated with non- operation therapy, 12 cases were treated by operation and one case died. Conclusions Both ultrasound and MRI are the rapid and accurate methods for diagnosing injury of kidney, and provide evidences for choosing individual therapy.
