摘要
为制备浇注型聚氨酯弹性体,首先以聚乙二醇(PEG)和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料,通过测定-NCO的含量,确定预聚反应的时间和温度,合成了聚氨酯预聚体。试验结果显示:TDI/PEG摩尔比1.85~1.90.水分含量控制在0.05%以内,制得的预聚体黏度低,游离聊质量分数低,稳定性良好,由其合成的浇注型聚氨酯弹性体性能优异。
In order to prepare casting polyurethane elastomers,the polyurethane prepolymers were firstly synthesized by polyethylene glycol (PEG) and toluene diisocyanate (TDI). Reaction time and temperature were ascertained by measuring percent of NCO in prepolymer. The results showed that the prepolymers were of high stability,low free NCO and low viscosity.The performance of casting polyurethane elastomers were excellent when the ratio of TDI/PEG was selected between 1.85 - 1.90 and the moisture percent was controlled under 0.05% ;
