摘要
采用微波辐射技术合成了Co-MCM-41介孔分子筛,并用N2低温吸附、FT-IR、XRD和TEM等表征手段考察了其比表面积、孔径分布、晶体形貌等特性。结果表明:微波辐射法合成的Co-MCM-41分子筛诱导期极短,晶化速度很快,样品的比表面积大于1000m2/g,热稳定性高于1000K,但水热稳定性有待提高。
Co-MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieve was prepared by microwave radiation method with materials of cetyhrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB), as a template, and sodium silicate (Na2SiO3·9H2O). as silicon sources, respectively.The as-prepared samples were characterized by XRD, FT-1R, TEM, nitrogen adsorption experiments. The results show that the Co-MCM-4 mesoporous molecular sieve prepared by microwave radiation method has very short inducement period and fast crystallizing velocity, BET surface area was more than 1000 m^2/g, thermal stability was higher than 1000K, but hydrothermal stability, was awaited to be improved.
