摘要
实现在本世纪末节约建筑采暖能耗５０％的战略目标，必须做好建筑节能设计和相应的施工技术管理工作。本文在建筑节能试点工程研究与实践的基础上，提出了如何进行外围护结构保温设计和选用节能技术措施。
Realizing the goal of energy saving 50% in heating of buildings in the end of the century isbased on the designing and management of construction. This paper puts forword some measures for t.hermal designing of construction and choosing technical measures of energy saving.
