摘要
本文对30例新生儿女性生殖器进行了解剖观测:1.新生儿卵巢多位于小骨盆入口以上的髂窝,呈垂直位;其形态绝大多数为长条形;并测得其大小及重量。2.输卵管行径曲折,测得其各部的长度及内径。3.子宫多呈哑铃形,宫底不发育,宫体各径均较颈部小,宫口多呈裂隙状。观测了子宫的大小、重量及内腔。4.观测了阴道及女阴的有关项目。新生儿处女膜呈唇状突入阴道前庭。
The female genital organs have been observed in. 30 dissected female newborn cadavers. The main findings are the following.
1.The ovaries are located in the fossa ilica and present perpendicular posture and strip form in most OL the cases. On. an average, the wcigt, length, width and thickness of the ovary is 0.18g,14.20 mm, 5.22 mm and 2.78mm respectively on the left; and 0.19 g, 15.80mm, 5.22mm and 2.72mm on the right.
2.The uterine tubes trip tortuously. The mean, length of the uterine tube is 44.04mm on the left; and 44.79mm on the right.
3.The uterus appears in dumbbell form. The fundus of the uterus is undeveloped in the newborns. the body is smaller than the cervix. The ostium uteri looks like a fissure in most of the cases. The body of the uterus is 10.90mm in length; and the cervix 21.17mm in length. The mean weight of the uterus is 3.04g 4 .The vagina, hymen and female perineum also have been observed. The mean length of the anterior vall of the vagina is 32.32mm; and the posterior wall is 40.10mm. The vagina is 13.72mm in width.
