解决了ｎ＝９的Ｈｅｉｌｂｒｏｎｎ问题，并建立了一套新的理论，为进一步研究其他情形提供一个有效的方法．
This paper has solved the Heilbronn problem as n=9, established a set of new theory and provided an effective method for the further study on other situations.
